TweetDeck, the popular Adobe AIR-powered Twitter client for Windows, OS X and Linux, is now available for the iPhone. An oft-requested and incredibly handy feature has made it into this version – the ability to sync your columns (searches, user groups etc) to “the cloud” so your (multiple) desktop and iPhone instances of TweetDeck are always in sync – very cool.

Of course, all the features we’ve come to expect from Twitter clients made it in, like photo uploads using Twitpic and location updates, and while the desktop version is renowned for being a memory hog, the iPhone version runs beautifully.

The desktop version of TweetDeck is available from tweetdeck.com, and the iPhone version is available from, you guessed it, the App Store.
