HP Mini 1151NR available from Verizon

The HP Mini 1151NR, which takes a relatively standard set of netbook internals (1.6GHz Atom N270 CPU, 1GB of RAM and 80GB storage) and adds Qualcomm’s Gobi 3G modem for EV-DO Rev. A and HSPA 3G access, is now available from Verizon for $199.99 on a two-year contract.

Novatel’s MiFi 2200 personal hotspot coming to Sprint

While Verizon will be releasing their branded version of Novatel’s MiFi 2200 on the 17th, we had an inkling it wouldn’t be long before other carriers got on board…and we were right – Sprint today announced its version of the MiFi 2200 will be available in the first week of June.

Sierra Wireless USB 598 modem connects to Verizon’s EVDO Rev. A network

Motorola’s touch-screen Evoke QA4 gets official

The Motorola Evoke QA4 is designed for texting and social media addicts, with “conversational” SMS and e-mail display, a full HTML browser with widgets to quickly launch sites such as MySpace, Picasa and YouTube, a slide-out keypad and a touch-screen QWERTY keyboard.
