Got this phone recently, lovely piece of technology. Agree with the writter on the ease of use with regards to the keyboard. The only complaint that I have is to do with the bugs in the OS. Top left key was set to open contacts but had to change it to something else as the device kept crashing. I have also noticed that the phone can freeze every now and again for no reason. Hope Nokia comes out with a firmware update. Very happy with the battery life.
