INQ has announced plans to make a Twitter-phone sometime later this year. The phone would be the first mass-market phone focused on the service and is expected to cost consumers less than $140.
No stranger to social networking, INQ already makes a Facebook phone, designed to work primarily with Facebook. No other details about the Twitter version of the handset are currently available.
