Apple introduces Apple Store app for iPhone

Apple Store for iPhone

Early this morning Apple released their own Apple Store app for the iPhone. The app is available for free in the app store.  It offers the ability to make purchases, research products, and even pre order the new iPhone 4.  Using geolocation you can find the Apple store nearest you.

Once you’ve located the nearest Apple Store (or whichever store you prefer) you can then register for workshops and take advantage of Apple’s other in store services such as Genius Bar, One to One sessions, and Personal Shopping appointments.  This will be a great service for users on the go in need of some Apple troubleshooting.

Currently the app is only in iPhone format, but like all iPhone apps it can also be viewed on an iPad.
